Key Duties
- Assist and liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Attend courteously to visitors’ enquiries regarding the building and surrounding areas.
- Manage and control the key press and key management system.
- Operate and monitor the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system effectively.
- Operate and respond to the security alarm system and alerts.
- Conduct security surveillance from the command centre and monitor site activities.
- Provide secondary support during incidents and emergency responses.
- Regulate and manage traffic flow and crowd control around the assigned premises.
- Enforce security procedures and site rules consistently.
- Prepare and submit incident reports and shift handover notes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Industry.
- Valid security licence/training (as required by local regulations).
- Familiar with CCTV, alarm monitoring, access control, and command centre operations.
- Able to remain calm and act decisively during incidents and emergencies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and respond quickly when required.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and system operations.
Singaporean or Singaporean PR preferred
